We're a welcoming, multidisciplinary clinic where collaboration, compassion, and community come together. Our team of physiotherapists, kinesiologists, and RMTs are passionate about helping clients move and feel their best -- and we're looking for a Clinic Manager to help keep things running smoothly at our Churchill Square location.
About the Role
We're seeking an organized, cheerful, and proactive Clinic Manager who thrives in a busy clinic environment. You'll oversee daily operations, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure our clients receive the best possible care and experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations and scheduling Manage reception and administrative tasks Communicate professionally with clients and healthcare providers Support the clinical team and foster a positive, team-oriented culture Maintain organized systems and confidentiality in all clinic operations Keep a clean, tidy and organized work environment.
Qualifications
Clinic or management experience in a busy environment required Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in scheduling or EMR systems (experience with Jane App is an asset) Friendly, reliable, and comfortable leading within a multi-disciplinary team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Work Location: In person
