This is a HYBRID position, so only apply if you live in Mississauga as our office is located in Mississauga, and sometimes you might need to go into the office if there is an urgent need.



Key Responsibilities:



Empower and lead our administrative team to new heights of efficiency and job satisfaction. Expertly manage financial operations, ensuring our clinic remains a pillar of stability and growth within the community. Spearhead recruitment, onboarding, and training, fostering a workplace that attracts and retains passionate advocates for mental health. Innovate and solve problems, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement and impact. Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategies that align with our mission of community support and mental health advocacy. Oversee daily operations with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, enhancing both productivity and client satisfaction. Refine client care systems and support structures for therapists, promoting an unparalleled standard of care. Create and implement robust business processes to streamline operations and maximize impact.

Required Qualifications:



Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead operations with a proactive and strategic approach. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency with JaneApp, Slack, and Google Drive, leveraging technology to boost efficiency. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an exceptional focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly. Proven leadership experience, with the capacity to inspire and develop a diverse team. Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence, essential for managing dynamic team interactions and sensitive client relationships.

Desired Qualifications:



Background in the healthcare or mental health field, with a deep understanding of the specific needs and challenges of this sector. Experience in business process optimization and financial management, with a knack for making data-driven decisions that enhance service delivery. Strong Excel skills.

Position Details



Job Type: Part-Time Contract

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour Expected Hours: 15 hours per week Management Experience: 1 year (required) Language: English (required) Work Location: Remote
