We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented individual to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, coordination, and supervision
Manage the front desk team and ensure smooth client reception, appointment management, and follow-up
Coordinate practitioners' schedules to maintain efficient workflow
Handle client records, billing, and insurance-related documentation
Drive service quality and client satisfaction
Support promotional initiatives and help achieve clinic performance targets
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in clinic/office management, customer service, or administrative roles (healthcare/clinic setting preferred)
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Proficient in computer and office software; knowledge of clinic management systems is an asset
Professional, service-oriented demeanor with problem-solving abilities
Interest in the health and wellness industry and motivation for long-term growth
Sales or business development awareness is an advantage
