What You'll Do

As the Clinic Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, support team performance, and ensure exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and develop the entire dental office team, including front desk staff, dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of excellence Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and daily operations to ensure a seamless experience Coordinate with providers on treatment planning and support case acceptance processes Drive financial performance by monitoring billing, collections, KPIs, and reporting Ensure compliance with dental regulations, health and safety protocols, and privacy standards Champion professionalism, empathy, and accountability in all interactions

What We're Looking For

Experience managing or supporting dental office operations, or equivalent leadership experience in healthcare Strong leadership and communication skills -- you inspire and empower others Proficiency with dental software (Tracker preferred) Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
