We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the clinic runs smoothly while providing high-quality patient care. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of healthcare operations, and the ability to manage both clinical and administrative staff effectively.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Manage human resources functions, including hiring, training, and supervising staff.
Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) systems to ensure accurate patient documentation and data management.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and improve clinic services.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability of the clinic.
Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure quality patient care in both acute care and outpatient settings.
Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Facilitate communication between departments to promote teamwork and collaboration.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare management.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within a hospital or medical office setting is essential.
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems; experience with Dentrix is a plus.
Strong background in human resources management, including supervising clinical staff such as nurses.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
