Our clinic integrates advanced health modalities--including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)--with a personalized, medically supervised approach. Qualifications & Requirements

Exceptional command of verbal and written English

, with the ability to communicate professionally across all channels

Strong customer service skills

and impeccable manners suitable for a luxury medical environment

Excellent organizational abilities

, multitasking skills, and attention to detail

Proficiency in front office communication

, including in-person interaction, telephone etiquette, email correspondence, and social media messaging

Experience with scheduling, account management, and billing

within a medical or wellness setting

Competence in invoicing and point-of-sale procedures

Experience with social media marketing

, including creating posts, managing accounts, responding professionally to inquiries, and supporting the clinic's brand presence across platforms

Knowledge of general office procedures

, administrative workflows, and documentation standards

Ability to manage supply ordering and coordinate clinic maintenance

to ensure smooth daily operations
