Clinical Aesthetician
who would provide treatments approximately
40% of the time
and focus on clinic leadership responsibilities for the remainder of their schedule.

non-service provider
who would focus

on leadership, operations, and business development.
As the Clinic Lead, you'll manage a talented team of aestheticians, medical professionals, and administrative staff while ensuring smooth operations, outstanding service delivery, and continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and excellent service.
Lead, coach, and support a team of aestheticians, nurses, doctors, and administrative staff.
Foster a positive, professional, and client-focused work environment.
Manage employee schedules, clinic policies, inventory, and operational processes.
Ensure treatments and services meet the highest quality standards and company protocols.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to attract new clients and maximize bookings.
Handle client feedback, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
Analyze clinic performance data and implement strategies to meet business targets.
Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready clinic environment at all times.
Act as the primary connection between clinic staff and Head Office.
Qualifications
3-5 years of leadership experience in a medi-spa, spa, or healthcare setting (Required).
Strong knowledge of medi-spa services, treatments, and industry standards.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with clinic/spa management software, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace/ G Suite.
Commitment to outstanding client service and professional excellence.
