is a multidisciplinary sports clinic dedicated to helping individuals move better, feel better, and perform at their best. Our practitioners take a detailed, patient-centered approach to care, offering chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and nutrition services.

We are looking for a

Front Desk Receptionist

to join our growing team just minutes from the Square One area. This role is a key part of our clinic's day-to-day operations and involves greeting patients, managing appointments through our EMR (

Jane App

), processing payments, submitting direct insurance billing, and supporting daily administrative tasks. Light cleaning, laundry, and general front-desk duties are also part of this position. Training will be provided, and we are looking for someone who is able to start soon.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an asset
