Bloor Park Physiotherapy is looking for an energetic and experienced office administrator to provide a professional and positive impact when working with patients in our busy multi-disciplinary clinic.
Position Summary:
The Clinic Administrator collaborates with clinicians and other healthcare disciplines, performs administrative tasks and ensures high quality customer service for our patients. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, including verbal and written, as well as the ability to effectively multi-task.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet patients, answer phone, schedule appointments and organize patient charts.
Answer patients' queries and ensure quality customer service
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of patient interactions and transactions
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Customer-oriented communication skills
Currently looking for Saturdays and additional hours during the week
experience with JaneApp, HCAI and working with MVA patients would be considered an asset
