We are a multidisciplinary wellness clinic offering physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, and osteopathy. We are seeking an experienced and reliable
Clinic Administrator
to oversee day-to-day operations, manage client accounts, and ensure smooth clinic workflow.
Responsibilities:
Manage client bookings and appointment schedules
Handle patient inquiries (phone, email, in-person) with professionalism
Prepare invoices, process payments, and submit extended health insurance claims
Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and billing
Use
Antibex Universal
software for invoicing, billing, and records management
Maintain accurate clinic and financial records
Oversee daily clinic operations and provide support to practitioners
Assist with sales of treatment packages and promotions
Qualifications (Must Have):
3-5 years of proven experience
in clinic administration within the health care/wellness sector
Strong knowledge of
extended health billing
and working with insurance companies
Proficiency in
Antibex Universal
or similar clinic management software
Experience managing clinic operations, scheduling, and patient records
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
