We're seeking a motivated and organized
Clinic Administrator Team Lead
to oversee day-to-day operations and help cultivate a high-functioning clinic environment that supports both patients and staff.
What You'll Do
Lead and mentor administrative staff, fostering collaboration and accountability
Manage patient scheduling, records, and billing with precision and care
Monitor clinic workflow to ensure efficiency and excellent patient experiences
Liaise with physiotherapists, vendors, and external partners
Generate reports & track metrics
What You Bring
Proven experience in healthcare administration, ideally within a clinic setting
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Exceptional communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Comfort with EMR systems and basic accounting practices
Flexibility, reliability, and a solution-focused mindset
