Position Overview



We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Clinical Administrator / Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role is central to both client care and clinic operations, blending administrative responsibilities with creative content development. The ideal candidate has a background in social work, psychology, or related fields, and a passion for mental health advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding therapy support. Manage emails, inbound calls, and appointment scheduling. Generate and manage invoices and receipts using Jane software. Assist in financial processes, including payment transactions. Conduct consultations to facilitate internal referrals and ensure client needs are met. Develop and manage content for social media platforms, focusing on psychology and 2SLGBTQ+ affirming mental health practices. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for team members. Maintain KPI reports for client inquiries and conversions Collaborate with the Clinic Director, clinicians, and other admin staff to ensure seamless communication. Identify inefficiencies and provide recommendations for improved processes.

Qualifications:



Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Services, or related field. Relevant experience will also be considered. Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a clinical or mental health setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel); familiarity with Asana and Jane software is an asset. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Exceptional customer service and client coordination abilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Competency in handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Knowledgeable in the field of therapy, particularly in affirming 2SLGBTQ+ mental health practices. Self-motivated, empathetic, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
