Job Description
Eglinton Kennedy Foot Clinic consists of foot specialist/chiropodist and Naturopathic doctor providing healthcare for all ages. Services include custom foot orthotics, wart treatment, ingrown nails, plantar fasciitis, fungal nails, foot pain, corns and calluses, naturopathy, acupuncture & more.Eglinton Kennedy Foot Clinic is located adjacent to the Kennedy Subway Station. We are currently looking for a passionate and professional office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities include:Position Duties Providing reception and assistant duties to the office including but not limited to:
- Booking patient's appointments.
- Answering phone calls.
- Creating invoices.
- Scanning papers into patient charts
- Ensuring day-to-day smooth running of the clinic.
- Experience with customer service.
- Experience with using the computer.
- Competitive salary.

- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Must be available for 1 day evening hours and Saturdays
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Scarborough, ON M1K 5G8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Secondary School (preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
