Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Clinic Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:



Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner. Maintain accurate client records and manage billing and payment processing. Coordinate with therapists to ensure seamless communication and scheduling. Assist in managing clinic supplies, inventory, and cleanliness. Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements. Handle any additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in a clinic, medical, or customer service role is an asset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in using scheduling software and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, team-oriented, and compassionate towards clients. Familiarity with medical terminology and billing practices is an asset.
