Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects run smoothly from order entry to delivery.
Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
Manage the proofing process, send, track and coordinate approval for soft/hard proofs.
Create and manage job tickets in our MIS system and maintain accurate status updates throughout production.
Verify job specifications (substrate, finishing, color mode, bleed, pagination) and escalate prepress issues promptly.
Prepare and standardize kitting lists for multi-location shipments, ensuring clarity for production and distribution teams.
Manipulate and organize data in Excel to support kitting and shipping workflows.
Navigate operating systems, manage files and folders, and utilize various software applications effectively.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Provide exceptional customer service and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Adapt to changing customer demands and company processes as needed.
Utilize current communication tools, including email platforms, instant messaging, video conferencing, and collaboration tools.
Qualifications
2+ years in commercial print or packaging within a CSR or Project Coordinator capacity.
Experience with any print MIS/ERP system
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, and tasks.
Strong Excel skills, including data organization, formatting, and standardization for reporting and kitting workflows.
Familiarity with print-ready PDFs and basic prepress concepts (bleed, color profiles, imposition).
Knowledge of commercial print processes (offset, digital, wide-format) and finishing (bindery, wide format finishing, direct mail).
Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated customer-centric mindset, with a focus on understanding needs and delivering proactive solutions.
