In the Client Support Representative position, you will play an important part in driving our company's success by driving sales, meeting with clients face-to-face to understand their needs, providing tailored product and service recommendations, and ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.
Responsibilities of the Client Support Representative:
Meet face-to-face with current and prospective clients to discuss their needs and recommend tailored products and services Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service Consistently meet or exceed sales goals set for the Client Support Representative, directly contributing to the company's growth and success Collaborate with other Client Support Representatives to improve sales strategies and client satisfaction Handle clients' complaints and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience Keep accurate records of all client interactions and sales transactions to monitor sales performance Attend weekly meetings with other Client Support Representatives and management to improve leadership and sales skills
Qualifications of the Client Support Representative:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or as a Client Support Representative is preferred A positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to consistently achieve sales goals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
