Synergy Protection Group Inc. is seeking a dedicated Client Success Representative with a strong focus for driving sales growth through both inbound and outbound strategies. The primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the security industry, particularly in the realm of security guard services and integrated security solutions.
Specific Duties
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Synergy's services, qualify leads, and set appointments for the Business Development management team.
- Identify and research potential prospects using various tools and techniques. Build and maintain a robust of pipeline of leads.
- Tailor communication to address specific needs and pain points to effectively engage potential clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects through calls, emails and other communication methods.
- Track and report daily activities, lead status, sales progress using CRM software.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to align strategies and provide feedback for improving outreach efforts.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities and industry regulations. Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and potential areas of growth.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Client Engagement.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - What you will bring?
- Proven experience in cold calling or sales roles, preferably with a focus on generating new business.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasive abilities to track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing or a related field is an asset but not required.
