Client Success Manager

As a Client Success Manager, you'll be the main point of contact between our clients and our team of developers, ensuring smooth communication and project progress. You'll work on facilitating website design, development, and ongoing improvements across Shopify and other platforms. Testing solutions will be a key part of this role to ensure the highest quality for our clients.
Responsibilities Include:
Client Communication:
Be the go-to for client updates, inquiries, and feedback. Keep clients informed, manage expectations, and ensure they feel supported throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with clients and developers to keep projects moving. Organize timelines, clarify scope, and ensure deliverables are met on time.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Test website features, functionality, and design to ensure they meet both client and technical requirements. Identify any bugs or issues and work with developers to resolve them quickly.
Progress Monitoring:
Track milestones and project updates using tools like Trello. Ensure that deliverables align with client goals and keep everyone on the same page.
Problem Solving:
Anticipate potential roadblocks and resolve any issues that arise during the project. Be proactive in addressing both client and internal team concerns.
Project Estimating:
Help create estimates for client projects by collaborating with the team on scope and resource needs.
Internal Collaboration:
Coordinate with developers and designers to ensure all project aspects are handled efficiently. Keep communication open between departments for smooth project execution.
eCommerce Insights:
Provide clients with insights and recommendations on how to optimize their Shopify stores, using best practices for SEO, CRO, and customer engagement.
Key Experience & Skills Required:
Experience with Shopify is required
Prior experience in a marketing role for an eCommerce brand or agency
Experience with Web Development Lifecycle
Comfortable with project management tools like Trello, Toggl, or similar.
Familiarity with web development concepts (Liquid, CSS, JS, etc.) is a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics and KPIs (conversion rates, cart abandonment, etc.).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple smaller projects simultaneously.
Strong customer service skills--building and maintaining client relationships is key.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Shopify's app ecosystem and platform integrations.
Certifications in Shopify
Knowledge of Google Suite, Figma, or other design and project tools.
Some experience or interest in SEO, Shopify apps, and integrations.
