The organization consists of two corporate entities including a federally incorporated Canadian company and a US Delaware C-Corp. The entities operate in unison, effectively functioning as one company from the client and shareholder perspectives. The entities do business under the trademarked public-facing names of Movia, Movia First Class, and Mobilytics.
Movia
Provides Mobile OOH Advertising services, predominantly Static and Digital Mobile Billboards, across Canada, the US, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific. Partnering with delivery vehicles and installing static wraps, the company works with brands such as Amazon, Molson, Loblaws, Sony, Baskin-Robbins, PetSmart, and hundreds more to launch local and national campaigns across a wide array of markets. Mobilytics sensors sold to Digital Mobile Billboard providers have enabled the team to broker campaigns on a global scale, including serving as the exclusive partner to T-Mobile across the US for all new store launches and general promotions. This was the team's initial advertising product, which has been in market for 8+ years.
Mobilytics
Is the underlying technology that provides audience data to Movia and other media vendors, including Pattison, JC Deceaux, and hundreds of clients worldwide. Hardware sensors measure Wi-Fi signals from smartphones within their viewshed. This provides real-time, one-to-one, privacy-compliant audience data, which is audited and verified with industry groups such as Commb. In late 2024, Mobilytics was selected as a global partner to LG Electronics, where Mobilytics sensors are packaged and sold to commercial clients buying LG screens for hotels, restaurants, and other venues. The data powers the LG Ads Platform's audience data, which is critical to the programmatic ad-buying ecosystem.
Movia First Class
The airport advertising division of the organization. Being selected as the exclusive advertising partner to Plaza Premium Group airport lounges across six international properties, including Toronto YYZ, Vancouver YVR, Edmonton YEG, Winnipeg YWG, Dallas Movia First Class - RFP Submission for OOH Media Modernization and Execution at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport - Highly Confidential 2DFW, and Orlando MCO. The team has installed a network of Premium Digital Advertising assets across 14 lounges, providing Plaza Premium with a seamless, hands-off partnership to scale advertising revenues and have Movia First Class take on capital expenditures of hardware and servicing. The partnership has seen significant revenue growth, with the team helping drive revenue from local, national, and international advertisers. The team's commitment to premium hardware and remote monitoring, diagnosis, and reboot technology has resulted in maximized network uptime and zero in-person maintenance calls. The network will grow as Plaza Premium opens new lounges in additional airports, including JFK, planned for 2026.
