Job Summary
We're seeking an
energetic, compassionate, results driven and highly organized
Client Success & Sales Coordinator
to join our in-person team in Calgary. This is a
part-time employee role (25 hours/week)
focused on helping prospective clients feel welcome, supported, and confident as they begin their nutrition and wellness journey.
As a key member of our client experience team, you'll embody our company values of

in every interaction. You'll respond to inbound inquiries, guide clients through our service offerings, and work alongside our Sales Manager to ensure every person feels heard, respected, and empowered.
This is a
consultative, inbound-only role
-- no cold calling is required at this time based on the warm leads coming into our practice.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound inquiries
via phone and email with empathy, professionalism, and warmth
Schedule and facilitate intake appointments
on videoconference or phone and book right fit clients with one of our trusted Dietitians
Build rapport with prospective clients
by listening to their wellness goals and health concerns
Clearly explain our personalized services
and coaching programs
Match and book clients
with the right practitioner and program, customizing recommendations based on their needs
Support and attend sales calls
with the Sales Manager as needed
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with leads
who have not yet booked
Work closely with the team
in a collaborative, feedback-friendly environment
Welcome clients in person at our Calgary office and create a peaceful, supportive environment

Qualifications
2+ years in a client-facing or consultative role
(sales, intake, or advisory experience)
Post-secondary education required
(diploma, degree or certification in any field related to this job description)
Strong
written
and
verbal communication skills
to effectively present services, answer questions and build rapport with customers
Excellent interpersonal skills
to connect with prospective clients, understand their needs and build rapport.
Strong
understanding of health and wellness
and
personal value for maintaining a healthy lifestyle
Tech-savvy
(comfortable with digital tools, CRMs, and scheduling platforms)
Able to work
in person at our Calgary office
, with some flexibility in start times
Compensation Package
Employee Model (Part-Time | 25 Hours/Week)
3 Month contract; following a successful period of performance and achievement of sales target this position may be converted to a permanent role.
Base Pay of $21-23/hour plus commission
Schedule
25 hours per week (in-person)
Flexible start times within core business hours, Monday to Friday to accommodate your personal and family schedule.
