As the Client Solutions Manager, you will lead a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, expanding business opportunities and championing change processes to support growth. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and will manage client solutions and product projects.

How you will create impact:




Lead a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, expanding business opportunities and championing change processes to support growth. Lead product and program development efforts and contribute to the preparation of project business cases. Support client requests in alignment with the program roadmap, facilitating the delivery of future technology solutions, products, and process enhancements. Collaborate with the Documentation Specialist to update and develop product materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance Participate in Creditor operations meetings and engage cross-functional teams to learn and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings through ongoing market research. Manage a full competitive analysis across existing and growth markets, extending beyond current project offerings to provide broad creditor solutions comparisons. Identify product development opportunities that are consistent with market demands and the organization's strategic objectives. Collaborate with teams to gather essential data and performance metrics to support client solutioning and proposed product development initiatives.

To join our team:




You have 5-7 years of experience in insurance. You have a post-secondary degree in Business or a related field. You have strong business acumen and expertise in finance and insurance. Having experience in creditor insurance and business project management is an asset.
