Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated Client Services professional to join our team. This role involves managing client relationships, supporting account management activities, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analysis capabilities, and experience with SaaS platforms like Salesforce. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment focused on delivering tailored solutions in the financial services and marketing sectors.

Duties



Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement Utilize project management skills to coordinate client projects and deliverables effectively Leverage analysis skills to assess client needs, usage patterns, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status within Salesforce or other CRM tools Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop strategies that enhance customer experience Support onboarding processes for new clients and provide ongoing training or resources as needed Assist in developing customer success plans aligned with clients' business objectives

Qualifications



Proven experience in customer service, account management, or client relations within SaaS or financial services industries Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Knowledge of marketing strategies and customer relationship management best practices is a plus Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to evolving client needs Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
This role is vital in fostering long-term client relationships and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service that aligns with company goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.80-$20.66 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
