Key Responsibilities
Provide professional, friendly service to walk-in and repeat clients
Handle high-value transactions accurately and discreetly
Engage clients, explain services, and support sales opportunities
Prepare invoices in QuickBooks
Assist with daily cash management and balancing
Ensure transactions are accurately recorded and follow internal procedures
Requirements
College or University degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Working knowledge of QuickBooks (invoicing)
Excellent communication and people skills
Comfortable handling cash and high-value transactions
Sales-oriented, professional, and trustworthy
