to step into a pivotal leadership role during a 14-month parental leave coverage.



As the

Client Services Manager

, you'll be the driving force behind our client relationships--ensuring satisfaction, building trust, and championing service excellence. You will collaborate closely with our executive team to elevate our service delivery and client engagement.


Key Responsibilities:




Lead with Impact

: Assist in mentoring our team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Deliver Exceptional Service

: Ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to quality and responsiveness.

Strengthen Relationships

: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing long-term partnerships and advocating for their needs.

Client Advocacy:


Advocate for client needs within the organization, ensuring their voice is heard and their expectations are exceeded.

Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews:

Conduct comprehensive QBRs to assess client needs, evaluate performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Drive Strategy

: Develop and implement service strategies that enhance client satisfaction and business performance.

Collaborate Across Teams

: Work cross-functionally to streamline communication and improve service delivery.

Resolve with Confidence

: Address client concerns swiftly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities.

Track and Optimize

: Monitor team performance and client feedback (NPS, CSAT) to continuously raise the bar.

Support Licensing & Quoting:

Advise clients on software licensing and manage ad hoc quoting with administration and projects teams.

Represent Our Team

: Occasionally attend client-facing events after hours to strengthen relationships and represent Alt-Tech.

Requirements:






Valid Class 5 Driver's License Availability for occasional after-hours events Experience in client services, account management, or a related leadership role
