  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with high satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide personalized service to enhance the client experience and foster long-term loyalty.
Customer Service Excellence:
  • Deliver exceptional service to external clients.
  • Handle service requests and ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and train the client services team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Track and report on client service metrics and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service performance.
Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for improvement in client service processes and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and update client service protocols and training materials.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of experience owning your role as an Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant.
  • High school diploma required; a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or a diploma in Office Administration, Business, or a related field is an asset.
  • Confident in navigating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications, Teams, Outlook, and Payworks.
  • Vibrant and welcoming demeanor to deliver outstanding customer service to clients.
  • Outstanding organization and time-management skills to thrive in fast-paced work environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail to deliver accurate and high-quality work every single time.
  • Resourceful and adaptable problem-solver that implements feedback quickly and effectively.
NICE TO HAVE
  • Previous experience in the transportation industry.
  • Familiarity with client management systems or CRM software.
  • Experience managing high-net-worth or private clientele is considered an asset.
