Mahreno Global is looking for a Client Services and Logistics Coordinator to join our Surrey, BC team. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting both our clients and internal operations by managing communications, organizing logistics, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include coordinating shipments and deliveries, preparing and reviewing documentation, and responding promptly to client inquiries. You'll also collaborate with different departments to gather information, track project progress, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency within our processes.
A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as is a willingness to learn about business consulting and supply chain solutions. Experience in logistics, administration, or customer service is an asset, but we welcome individuals who are motivated to grow and develop new skills.
