Job Description

The Client Services Administrator at Protex Environmental is responsible for providing support to customers and our Administrative team in each department within the organization.

Key Accountabilities

Answering phone calls and inquiries from current and potential customers and transferring this information to our service team to take care of customer needs. Assist front end staff, dealing with customers Communicate and work closely with Service Coordinator with dispatch, provide pricing, quotes, drafting proposals and service agreements to customers Provide full coverage when employees are away Accounts receivable follow up on accounts that are in arrears Complete credit checks and new customer setup Handle document filing and maintaining organized records Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to all customers via in person, telephone, email, or via the web Answer incoming and make outgoing calls or requests Process customer payments via internet, telephone and in-person as needed General administrative duties

Requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Motivated, proactive, and a team player. Post-secondary education is considered an asset but not required
