Here is what you will do

VitalAire is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Client Service Technician. The Client Service Technician (CST) delivers and transports medical gas products and equipment to clients and institutions. The CST maintains safe operation of company vehicles and provides outstanding customer service. They are also involved in training customers on the proper use and maintenance of their equipment.

\xe2\x97\x8f Provides training to new clients and responds to requests from current clients.
\xe2\x97\x8f Provides client education on equipment function and maintenance.
\xe2\x97\x8f Performs technical checks and reviews safety instructions with clients.
\xe2\x97\x8f Meets client needs by delivering products according to daily schedule and as required.
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintains up-to-date documentation by completing appropriate records for technical visits including equipment exchanges, deliveries and pick up of equipment.
\xe2\x97\x8f Performs warehouse duties by stocking shelves with supplies, shipping and receiving of products, and equipment cleaning.
\xe2\x97\x8f Inspects vehicle before and after use; documents inspection and logs hours of service.
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintains a safe vehicle by arranging for routine maintenance and repairs.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensures safe supply of gases to clients by trans-filling and transporting medical gases according to procedures and regulations.
\xe2\x97\x8f Provides after hour service to clients by participating in branch on-call rotation.

Here is what you will need

\xe2\x97\x8f High School Diploma.
\xe2\x97\x8f Equivalent combination of education and experience.
\xe2\x97\x8f In-depth knowledge of use and maintenance of respiratory home care equipment.
\xe2\x97\x8f 2-3 years of consecutive recent driving/delivery experience.
\xe2\x97\x8f 2- 3 years Customer service experience.
\xe2\x97\x8f Clean and valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s abstract.
