Lakeshore Animal Health Partners ("LAHP") is seeking for a Client Service Representative for our 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and providing exceptional support to our clients while ensuring the well-being of their pets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for animals, and the ability to handle various client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the CSR Lead, the duties and responsibilities of the CSR include, but are not limited to, the following:
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in another language is a plus
Triaging appointments/emergency walk-ins
Proficiency in phone etiquette with the ability to answer phones/emails and direct them to the appropriate specialty/emergency department
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
Setting up new clients and patients in our electronic medical software (ezyVet)
Follow through with pet insurance forms
Financial transactions
Admitting and discharging patients
Provide clients and referring veterinarians with information regarding LAHP services
Maintain a clean working environment - including reception desk, client waiting room and exam rooms
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pet information in the system
Collaborate with veterinary staff to relay important information
Shift hours will vary (days, evenings, weekends and holidays).
