Client Service Representative (CSR)

to join our team.

This role combines

sales and client relations

, you'll be the first point of contact for many prospective clients, helping them feel confident in choosing Bayfront Law, while also supporting existing clients with general customer service needs.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for new leads, providing information and encouraging them to retain Bayfront Law for their real estate needs. Guide prospective clients through the intake process and explain our services clearly. Provide ongoing support to clients by answering questions, updating files, and coordinating with lawyers and staff. Maintain accurate client records and follow up with leads in a timely manner. Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed. Represent the firm professionally in all communications (phone, email, in-person).

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client relations preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional, approachable, and client-focused attitude. Familiarity with real estate or legal services is an asset (but not required -- training provided).
