What We're Looking For:



Bilingual in English & French (required).

Minimum

2 years of experience

in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting. Strong communication skills and a passion for working with pets and people. Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computers and scheduling software.

Your Role as a CSR:



As a

Client Service Representative

, you will be the first and last point of contact for our clients and their pets, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at our hospital. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Interaction & Communication:



Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism in both English and French. Answer phone calls and emails, providing information and assistance with inquiries. Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar. Educate clients on hospital services, pet care, and general wellness topics.

Administrative & Organizational Support:



Process client payments and invoices accurately. Maintain and update client records and medical histories. Assist with prescription refills and liaise with the veterinary team to ensure smooth communication. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional.

Supporting the Veterinary Team:



Coordinate patient check-ins and ensure accurate information is relayed to the veterinary team. Assist in preparing paperwork for procedures and surgeries. Provide compassionate support to clients during difficult situations.
