Job Description

We are hiring for Seasonal Position at our ON Road location from February 2026 - April 2026.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 4pm-7pm and the odd weekend shift (potentially)

Overview


We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and familiarity with customer relationship management tools such as Microsoft suite. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the financial services contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities



Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Handling and directing client concerns Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account information Managing the appointment booker Handle administrative tasks POS and EOD duties as assigned

Qualifications



Proven experience in customer service Strong communication skills, both verbal and written General insight into Microsoft suite Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Work Location: In person
