Client Service Processor

Job Description




Reporting to Natasha Cleary, Associate Manager, Business Services & Operations Technology. The Client Service Processor will be responsible for the timely distribution of team paperwork, cheques and e-mails to Retirement Income, Annuities and Quadrus team members. The successful candidate will work closely with other teams within Wealth Management.

Accountabilities:

  • Triage incoming mail and faxes for the wealth teams within time standards via Onbase
  • Work closely with other admin areas regarding inter-team paperwork
  • Assist with non-financial processing when required
  • Support small projects when necessary
  • Manage the team shared e-mail box
  • Distribution of statements and cheque pull requests to the team
  • Prepare Transaction Authorization paperwork for CSC
  • Responsible for workflow distribution on new imaging system (enhanced computer skills are necessary)
Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Eagerness and ability to learn Shareholder Accounting System (SAS) and Investment Centre
  • On Base (imaging system) experience an asset
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and team building skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
