Hagerty, an international automotive brand for people who love cars and love driving them, has an opportunity for a Client Accounts Processor to join the team on the Electronics Crew. This individual will process electronic requests from members and brokers.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

• Process client applications and create endorsement files for licensed brokers
• Complete policy cancellation requests and non-licensed policy changes
• Operate scanners, production printers and postage machines
• Call members and brokers for address verification
• Request and update all Auto plus and abstracts
• Release renewals as required
• Handle any urgent and miscellaneous items as required
• Follow up on outstanding application items
• Process HDC transactions
• Monitor National Accounts inbox and process items accordingly
• Assist the paper dept as required
• Reception coverage as required

This might describe you

• Effective and efficient use of computer applications, including MS office products
• Attention to detail with a minimum accuracy of 95%
• Able to multitask and work with high volumes in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and proven customer service abilities
• Familiarity of public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable.

Other things to note

This role will be worked from our Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada office. The core working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time.
