Vibrant Life Meals is a holistic lifestyle brand dedicated to making healthy eating easy, convenient, and delicious. We're looking for a friendly and reliable individual to join our team as a Vibrant Prep Cook / Customer Service assistant.

Who we're looking for

In this dual role, you'll be the welcoming face our customers see when they pick up their meals and the behind-the-scenes support keeping our kitchen running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

Customer Pick-Up Assistance:

Greet clients during designated pickup hours, assist them with their orders, handle any questions, and process payments as needed.

Kitchen Clean-Up and Ingredient Management:

After customer pickups, you'll help clean and organize the kitchen space. This includes packing up leftover ingredients, ensuring all food items are stored properly, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Storefront Tidying:

Ensure the storefront is always presentable and welcoming. This might involve light cleaning tasks and restocking any supplies.
We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys interacting with people, and has a passion for healthy, vibrant living.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or a food prep environment is a plus but not required. Ability to

work independently

and as part of a team. Friendly, positive attitude and

strong

communication skills.

Comfort with basic point-of-sale systems and handling transactions.

Required:

Must be able to work Sundays & Mondays to start 1+ year of overall experience working with food (in a education setting is acceptable) Great Work Ethic Growth Mindset (willingness to learn) Positive Attitude & Willingness to Work Must speak fluent English Strong communication skills Ability to work with google sheets/docs & slack for team communication Can work independently/self-manages well Punctual and attentive to detail

Bonus Requirements:

Food Safety Certification 2+ years of overall experience working in a commercial kitchen 2+ Customer service experience
