Overview
Reports to the Client Service Manager
The Client Service Coordinator will be responsible for:
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of services
Prove quotes for clients
Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Assist in market research and analysis to support client growth strategies
Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
Additional duties as required or needed
Perform any other duties as required or needed.
Requirements:
Post-Secondary with a business background preferred
Computer proficiency
Client Services experience
Experience with costing/quotes
Highly organized
Attention to detail
Strong Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
