Position Overview:



As the first point of contact with our Members, the

Client Service Coordinator

is a critical part of the

FBC

team. They demonstrate a positive energy and consistently provides exceptional customer service to FBC Members.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in tax preparation or bookkeeping. A solid grasp of accounting principles and tax regulations will help you better support Members with tax-related inquiries and financial record-keeping, as well as collaborate effectively with other departments.

Please note that this position will report directly to the MCC Supervisor and work on a daily basis in our

Calgary

branch office.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide exemplary customer service to FBC Members. Collaborate with other team members/departments to answer member questions and exceed Member expectations. Direct questions and concerns to the appropriate channels for resolution, while also addressing concerns independently as needed. Prepare, review and file confidential documents, reports and other correspondence materials.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

2+ years of direct customer service experience, delivering exceptional support. Business Administration diploma or certificate with a focus on bookkeeping, accounting, or related fields is a strong asset.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:



Great at using good judgment to build strong customer relationships. Tax knowledge and/or bookkeeping skills would be considered an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with well-developed telephone skills. An aptitude for learning. Superior organizational skills. Superior time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately. A working knowledge of MS Office.
