We are currently seeking a dynamic
Client Service Coordinator
to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you'll play an integral part in ensuring seamless staffing and scheduling our services. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting healthcare professionals, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Schedule Nursing staff and ensure client coverage within the Durham Region.
Input client data into our system (AlayaCare), maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Receive and process Health Partner Gateway (HPG) referrals and medical orders in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff
Tackle daily scheduling challenges with confidence and care
Maintain accurate records and assist with reports
Occasionally provide after-hours on-call support
What You Bring:
Completion of high school or equivalent; post-secondary certification in Medical Terminology is an asset
At least two years of experience in scheduling coordination, ideally within a healthcare setting
Skilled in using AlayaCare, Health Partner Gateway (HPG) is an asset, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational abilities and clear, effective communication skills
Maintains a calm and professional approach, with a high regard for confidentiality
Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to commute to Whitby, ON
COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption required
