About the Role
As our Client Care Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients. You'll deliver an exceptional experience at every touchpoint and keep our advisors organized and moving. If you're detail-driven, people-focused, and love making things run smoothly, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll do:
Serve as the liaison between clients and advisors, ensuring timely, professional responses to inquiries.
Manage client onboarding: collect documents, verify completeness, and maintain confidentiality.
Coordinate meetings, prepare client files, and drive follow-up communications to closure.
Maintain accurate CRM records and track client service activities/tasks.
Support administrative tasks and assist with basic compliance requirements and checklists.
Additional duties, as required.
You'll Succeed if You:
Communicate clearly and professionally--both in writing and on the phone.
Are highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and follow through reliably.
Are comfortable learning new systems (CRM, document portals, e-signature, etc.).
Bring experience in financial services or a client-service role (an asset, not required).
