Client Services Coordinator \xe2\x80\x93 Contract Up To 12 Months

Commercial Services is seeking a Client Services Coordinator that is passionate about customer centricity. Reporting to the B2B Manager, you will build, evolve and maintain productive working relationships with B2B customers to ensure they receive ongoing value from the LCBO. You will support the customer\xe2\x80\x99s strategic direction and meet business goals, including sales objectives. You will help improve customer service and build Wholesale volume, dollar sales and market sage within the licensee market segment and support the LCO/Agency program. You will establish strong relationships with all accounts in the client service territory to fully identify their business needs by servicing these accounts, resolving concerns, providing product knowledge/options information.

About the Role

Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to develop workable solutions in support of the customer\xe2\x80\x99s strategic direction, operational challenges, and business planning.

Identify and assess all potential communication vehicles for LCBO wholesale to utilize with the B2B client specific segments (e.g., various media, hospitality, and beverage alcohol trade fairs)

Advocate for the customer by championing concerns and proactively communicating to support a continuous service improvement culture

Maintain and evolve the business of our customers in compliance with the regulatory framework.

Act as liaison for the B2B clients, including monitoring of orders, support, calls and schedule visits. Will also be responsible for ensuring all documentation and applicable audits are completed and submitted as required.

Develop B2B client\xe2\x80\x99s communications packages/models (sell sheets/sales package) and appropriate training methods. Provide information package, one-on-one training and ongoing support for the B2B clients utilizing this application to draw more licensees to place their orders via the Web-Store (web-ordering)

Assist with identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and supporting B2B clients by recommending solutions that would positively impact sales, convenience, and customer service. Facilitate regular meetings and touchpoints with customers focused on their needs and objectives to evolve and grow the business

Assist with the development and introduction of a product catalogues and inventory needs for clients and prioritize accounts to establish an effective and efficient client service territory, including online and in person meetings.

About You

Post-Secondary education in Business Management/Administration, Hospitality and/or Supply Chain Management or a related field/industry.

Ability to work proactively with internal and external Customers / Suppliers as well as Third Parties.

2-3 years experience leading customer accounts and proven track record of building positive business relationships

Ability to build partnerships with internal and external partners, set and manage priorities, and meet deadlines, all within a multi-tasking environment

Effective communication (verbal and written), sound problem solving abilities and have a customer-focused attitude

Demonstrated technical competence with MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and other systems and office automation equipment

Proven knowledge of, and experience with inventory management functions.

Demonstrated administrative skills vital to compile reports and prepare correspondence and analytics utilizing Microsoft Office suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Analytical, mathematical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills

Able to balance high volume workload and short timelines with an extraordinary attention to detail.

Effective communication (verbal and written), sound problem solving abilities and effective organizational skills.

Strong ability to multitask and prioritize to produce quality results in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours including statutory holidays, evenings and weekends as required by business needs.

Valid Ontario Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License required as Position requires travel to LCO/Agency Stores, throughout Ontario, Licensee customers and off-site events.
