Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and client-centric individual to join our collaborative team as a Client Service Associate. Reporting to the Manager, Branch Compliance and Sales Support, you will work closely with Investment Advisors to develop and manage client relationships. You will work with aligned Investment Advisors by performing administrative and operational tasks related to clients' investment portfolios. Partner with a leading independent mutual fund dealer offering a range of investment solutions, while enjoying the benefits of working within an established company and client base. Our team is collaborative and entrepreneurial with a desire to see each other and our clients succeed.

What you will do:



Client Meeting Preparation: Manage client files and prepare for meetings Account Support: Assist with account opening and transactions as directed by an advisor Trade Execution: Carry out trade instructions and ensure thorough follow-up Customer Service: Provide superior customer service and answer client questions in person, on the phone, or by email Scheduling: Assist with scheduling client meetings Sales & Marketing Support: Partner with Investment Advisors in their Sales & Marketing Plans and Business Development efforts Reporting: Generate reports to assist with client and business reviews

What you will bring:



3-5 years' experience in the financial services industry, which could be a combination of education and work experience, preferably with wealth experience Mutual Funds License would be an asset or the ability to obtain it Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment Strong prioritization and time management skills Solid problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, able to take initiative, and work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
