Temporary Full Time




As a Client Service Assistant, you will be a member of a team operating in a fast-paced environment responsible for the electronic movement of documents to our Wealth Administrative Teams (Segregated Funds, Annuities, and Mutual Funds). You will work cohesively with other members of the team and our internal partners in various aspects as set out in the following accountabilities:

What you will do:

Accurate and timely indexing of various documents for our Wealth Products on OnBase Handling of requests received in a shared mailbox from our internal and external partners Uploading and indexing of electronic cheques received through A$M Complete Quality Assurance of COE documents in Hyperscience Navigating multiple systems: OnBase, Investment Centre, Co-Pilot and GPAS Investigation to determine proper routing of electronic documents Adhoc tasks as assigned

What you will bring:

Strong organizational skills and proven ability to multi-task Demonstrated high level attention to accuracy and detail Demonstrated ability for flexibility to change focus as priorities shift within the team Team player with the ability to work independently Proven ability to handle high volumes and tight deadlines Effective communication skills Previous experience in data entry would be an asset Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment would be asset Knowledge of the Wealth product shelf and OnBase would be an asset


The base salary for this position is between

$36,100.00

- $48,800.00

annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
