The Role:




As a

Client Satisfaction Associate

, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every end user.

The Responsibilities:



Meet service levels- Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails in a timely manner. Troubleshoot common system and test-taker issues (Contact a supervisor for problems youcannotsolve). Display active listening skills by understanding the problem and showing empathy to test-takers. Manage and maintain accurate profile and case information. Follow open cases to closure- ensure all issues are resolved or properly escalated accurately and quickly. Exceed quality requirements. Ensure test-takers are satisfied with the Meazure Learning support service. Follow work instructions and Meazure Learning policies. Adhere to work schedule and a positive attitude.

The Desired Attributes:



Strong technical skills



+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office software + General knowledge of web-based applications
+ Basic understanding of various internet browsers and operating systems.

Excellent problem-solving abilities



+ Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner + Develops alternative solutions
+ Works well in group problem solving situations.

Highly professional with written, oral, and interpersonal skills



+ Proficiency in

English and French

is required for this position + Must be willing to submit a Canadian Security Clearance
+ Focuses on solving conflict
+ Strong listening skills
+ Participates in meetings
+ Writes clearly and informatively
+ Edits work for spelling and grammar
+ Varies writing style to meet needs
+ Presents numerical data effectively.
