About the Role

We are seeking a

Client Relationship Manager Associate

to join our growing investor and developer advisory team. This position bridges the gap between

AI-driven real estate intelligence

and

client strategy

, supporting our partners with insights, analyses, and project execution.

The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, analytical, and thrives at the intersection of real estate, investment strategy, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the

main point of contact

for investor and developer clients, coordinating reports, project updates, and product insights. Manage client onboarding, data requests, and investment summaries across UnlockLand's portfolio and analytics tools. Prepare

AI-enhanced presentations and feasibility summaries

(ROI, IRR, zoning constraints, and sustainability metrics). Support the leadership team in

client meetings

by compiling research briefs, zoning intelligence reports, and market data from UnlockLand's platform. Collaborate with data, finance, and product teams to

translate client needs

into actionable platform updates and strategic insights. Track KPIs related to portfolio performance, engagement, and product usage. Support UnlockLand's

Investor Relations

and

Business Development

functions by preparing investor decks, whitepapers, and event materials.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field (Master's or CFA track preferred). 1-3 years of experience in

wealth management, real estate investment, or PropTech

. Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or comparable data-visualization tools. Strong presentation, relationship management, and client communication skills. Comfort working with

financial models, investment decks, and AI-based analytics tools

. A passion for innovation, sustainability, and shaping the future of real estate.
