We are expanding rapidly, and our Bangkok office is a strategic hub with growing operations and proximity to some of our most active global clients. We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and relationship-oriented Client Partner and Business Development Manager to help lead our expansion in Thailand and the broader ASEAN region.
Role Summary:

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing our footprint in Thailand by strengthening relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor across all levels of client organizations. You'll work closely with senior leaders, delivery teams, and pre-sales to shape and execute account strategies, primarily in IT Consulting, staffing, managed services, and automation-driven consulting.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage relationships with assigned clients, including a high-value strategic account based in Bangkok.
Develop and execute account plans focused on expanding wallet share, cross-selling services, and identifying unmet client needs.
Prospect and close new business opportunities within existing accounts and selected new logos.
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, from department managers to C-level executives.
Partner with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction, project success, and contract compliance.
Coordinate and lead client meetings, QBRs, workshops, and networking engagements.
Track revenue performance and pipeline growth; contribute to forecasts and reporting.
Collaborate on proposal development and pricing within MSA parameters.
Represent Pantheon's full range of services, including TaaS (Team as a Service), CaaS (Capacity as a Service), managed services, and consulting.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
10+ years of experience in business development, account management, or client services within IT consulting, staffing, or managed services.
Strong understanding of the IT services ecosystem: delivery models, staffing practices, and client expectations.
Proven success in building and expanding client relationships in a consultative sales environment.
Experience working with multinational clients and cross-functional teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for interacting with global teams and clients.
Comfortable navigating enterprise sales cycles and working with global delivery teams.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
