Client Care Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing

As a Client Care Coordinator (CEC), you'll be the first friendly face (or voice) clients interact with--and the glue that keeps our space running smoothly. You'll be working closely with therapists, fellow coordinators, and your studio's Client Experience Lead (CEL) to deliver thoughtful, attentive service at every touchpoint.

Your day-to-day might look like:

Offering warm, knowledgeable support to clients--whether by phone, email, or in person Guiding new clients through our offerings and helping them feel at home in our studio Keeping the studio looking and feeling great--from clean treatment rooms to an organized front desk Managing schedules, insurance claims, and client notes with precision and care Communicating openly with your team to ensure seamless handoffs and shared wins

We are looking for someone to take:

Thursday AM 6:45am-1:30pm shifts

Friday PM shift 1:30pm-8:30pm shifts.
