Step Together is an online family wellness and coaching program dedicated to helping parents raise confident, healthy kids--without diets, shame, or restriction. Our mission is to end childhood obesity by empowering parents to transform their home environment and relationship with food.

About the Role

We're looking for a compassionate

Client Enrollment Specialist

who believes deeply in our mission and wants to help parents take the first step toward changing their family's health story.

You'll speak with parents who have already shown interest in the

Step Together Program (steptogether.us),

understanding their challenges, explaining how our approach works, and guiding them to book a consultation call with one of our family health coaches.

This is a

commission-based position

, ideal for someone who is emotionally intelligent, authentic in conversation, and motivated by creating real impact in families' lives.

Responsibilities

Contact warm leads via text/phone call (parents who signed up through our website, or social media). Engage parents in genuine, empathetic conversations about their child's weight or eating struggles. Clearly explain the Step Together program and help them book a consultation call. Maintain organized notes in our CRM and follow up with interested families. Collaborate with the Step Together team to improve scripts, messaging, and conversions.

Qualifications

Must have personally experienced being overweight as a child

and successfully improved your health and relationship with food. This is a crucial part of our culture and shared by everyone who works at Step Together.

Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or client enrollment preferred

(especially in coaching, health, or wellness). Deep empathy and strong listening skills -- especially when discussing sensitive family and child health topics. Excellent spoken and written English communication. Personal connection to overcoming weight, emotional eating, or family health struggles is a big plus. Reliable internet connection and quiet environment for calls.

Pay: $35.00-$75.00 per hour
