Client Coordinator Position
Central Aircraft Maintenance (CAM), believes in exceptional work and is committed to safety at the highest level for aircraft in Western Canada. We are currently scouting a team member for our newly created position of Client Coordinator. The person selected will be responsible for coordinating maintenance with aircraft owners, liaising with other departments in the company and providing a high level of communication both internally and externally. This position involves many areas of the business and offers immediate and on-going opportunities. Knowledge of aircraft is not necessary, as we are looking for a polished, organized, resourceful self-starter to help develop and grow this position.
Responsibilities:
You are the hub for all information related to the organization of aircraft maintenance. You participate in the planning process and keep the client fully informed and updated. You lead communication between departments to ensure the client is informed and updated.
As this is a new position, participate in the development of the processes and procedures, that will align with the goal and objectives
Meet with owners on a regular basis to discuss current and future maintenance events. Assist with the scheduling and organizing of these maintenance events
Client presentations. Create materials for client to educate them on price, timing and other options for major maintenance
Update owners with status of their aircraft during maintenance events
Become the face of CAM when communicating with clients and owners
Create quotes and invoices to customers
Plan out and breakdown up coming maintenance events and present them to the aircraft owners and update the events as they happen
Debrief maintenance events with owners and customers and bring up any concerns, warranty items and outstanding maintenance up with the maintenance facility and plan any future work left over from the work scope
Communicate and work closely with the Director of Maintenance (DOM) and the Planning/Quality Assurance Manager
Provide maintenance service options to owners
Evaluate and explain maintenance programs and how program coverages work
Help on-board new aircraft and new aircraft owners
Qualifications:

A valid passport to travel outside of Canada when needed
Must hold a valid driver's license
