The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a

Client Care Specialist

to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and understands the importance of empathy and clear communication--especially when clients may be stressed or emotional.

You are often the

first and last impression

of our hospital, and your role is essential to both client satisfaction and smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and patients warmly, in person and over the phone Schedule appointments and manage a busy, multi-doctor calendar Handle client check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing Communicate effectively with veterinarians, RVTs, and support staff Maintain accurate client and patient records Support clinic flow by prioritizing tasks and anticipating needs Demonstrate compassion and professionalism during sensitive situations (e.g., emergencies, euthanasia appointments)
Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or medical office is an asset Strong customer-service and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Comfortable with computer systems and learning practice-management software Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused A genuine love for animals and people

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
