Revere Physiotherapy is a top-rated physiotherapy clinic serving the Vancouver area. Our goal is to deliver consistent, high-quality care that makes a meaningful impact in our patients' lives. We are looking for motivated, business-minded, and clinically strong individuals to join our rapidly growing team.

We have two clinic locations: one at Kingsway & Slocan, and another at Main & 49th. We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who is able and willing to work at both locations.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will need to work independently to support the day-to-day operations of the clinic. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

A. Patient Experience

Welcome and check in patients, providing high-quality, friendly customer service Manage communication between clients and the clinic/clinicians Handle appointments, billing, and collections using Jane App, including direct billing for WSBC, ICBC, MSP, and private insurers
B. Clinic Space

Ensure the clinic exterior (e.g., parking, walkway, front door, sandwich board) is clean, organized, and unobstructed Maintain a presentable clinic space, including the front desk, waiting area, treatment rooms, and exercise area Keep products stocked and organized; sort, wash, and fold linens Maintain an organ
C. Operations

Complete start of day and end of day checklist Email management and walk-in procedure Track coverage for insurance claims. Assist in building the brand through social media Assist in marketing for the clinic and therapists

Qualifications & Experience

Exceptional customer service skills Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Experience in a physiotherapy clinic and familiarity with Jane App, ICBC, WSBC, MSP, and private insurers is an asset Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask Ability to work independently in a busy environment A second language is an asset, but not required.
